"I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com. They said that Econolodge rejected the price and cancelled our reservation. (I had called Econolodge 2 hours before we checked in to confirm our reservation and they confirmed the reservation.) ...

"My group of eight women throughly enjoyed our stay here. There was more than enough room for everyone. The two kitchens gave us plenty of room to cook and store food. The beds are very comfortable. Do be aware there are a lot of stairs, but anyone with mobility issues can easily access the lower level, which has two bedrooms, a kitchen, deck access, and a view of the lake. The drive to and from Sevieverville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is easy and it was a pleasure looking forward to...
