It is exactly as advertised and located in a very quiet, charming area that is pretty much close to everything you could possibly ever need. Atanasko was a fabulous host who was very communicative always immediately available for anything we needed. "The property was comfortable and relatively quiet, though the 3+ levels were a little inconvenient as the main level of the property was on the second level and the bedrooms and bathroom/toilet on the third, so many stairs to walk up and down within a narrow stairwell. The furnishings were quite good as were the appliances, but the space heating and hot water systems were a little complicated to get working with comfortably. "Hampstead is a beautiful area of London. We were greeted by Grace. The house itself presents as stately. Inside, the furnishings in the common areas have been thoughtfully chosen. Our room was on the third level. Our bathroom was across the hall from our room. The bathroom was really small - it was difficult to use, sadly. We had been told we could use the second bathroom which was much larger but were not allowed because Grace was staying there during our rental time and only she could use the...

"The location is great-- Quiet street, yet close to bus lines and also two stops on the Northern Line. Shops, stores, restaurants, and pubs are all very close at hand. The house is on four levels, and thus has lots of stairs. It is furnished well, and the kitchen has all that is needed to cook meals. I would recommend staying here."

"It's a little smaller (the living room is anyway) than the pictures, but it's a great HQ for a long weekend. No A/C by the way. Walkable and close to Marleybone station so easy to get pretty much anywhere. Perfect for our crew!"
