"The only drawback is they did not replenish drinking water, shampoo and soap despite my family staying there for a week."

"Really cool place, the pictures don't do it justice, very comfy! Be London are very nice and helpful, I used a code to enter the apartment which was great to not have to have keys. The area is quite quiet, it's a little walk to Camden or King's Cross but I preferred that to being on top of the noise and busy touristy areas."

"Review the confirmation very closely. There is no receptionist or checkin on site. I traveled across town to pay and had to wait past the checkin time to access the unit. There is also no elevator and the stairs are extremely steep with very little lighting. The unit itself may have had some upgrades done at some point but not high quality. "Good space for a family to stay with good amenities. Bathroom seemed to be in the middle of repairs and smelt badly but overall it was a good place to stay and handy location."

"Property was well equipped and has fantastic views across the city from the upstairs lounge. It was very quiet at night especially considering its proximity To the main streets which were noisy with traffic earlier in the evening. Our main criticism was the very poor condition of the window catches on most of the opening windows (handles were literally falling off) and the one sofa which was quite tatty. All in all it was a very good stay - just requires some maintenance. "

"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. The 42" television boasted about in the features of the property was smashed, as well as the glass stovetop, the cover for the door of the dishwasher was gone, and many "repairs" were needed. " It is a great place to stay for the weekend with the kids. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It’s just 3min walk from Camden town station and the market. The communication was excellent with the host and the check-in was very smooth. Highly recommended."

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."
