"The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona."

"The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. "

The property itself was super clean on our arrival and well equipped with the amenities we needed. Super quiet as well. This will be our go to place to stay on our future trips to Sedona"

"The space was lovely, as well as the outdoor areas. We loved sitting by the creek. It’s close to everything, but you would never know it. It was so quiet and peaceful. Just a few things could be better- the bed needs a new mattress and sounds loose. It was super lumpy, as well as the pillows. The hot water in the shower is difficult to turn off completely. The fire/smoke detector is also missing. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. Lots of statues and a pretty pond but hard to enjoy with all the crap everywhere. The back patio was nice but could really use a jacuzzi out there. Inside was nice but rustic. Our room was okay the bed was really small, but I saw another suite that was really nice. Our room had the best view of courthouse though. You can't beat the...

"Adorable rental - fantastic location / Clean / Quiet - Much appreciated added touches such as heated towel rack, ice tea pitcher, Afternoon Shade was wonderful w/ comfy seating / swings.
