"Great comfortable sleep at night. I have stayed at the hotels popular with influencers and although they are super nice, you can hear everything that goes on inside and outside of those hotels which kept me up at night. The young lady behind the desk at check in is kinda rude and not friendly at all. But all in all it’s a great hotel that is quiet and in a great safe location. The hotel is clean and comfortable and walking distance to everything the city center has to offer "

"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."
