"Good stay at a central hotel. My reason for the lower score is that our two rooms were placed in their lower end property a block away, even though the price we paid is for the main property that shows up on the photos! The lower-end property is composed of bare rooms with little decoration. They also forgot to give my parents a warm blanket in their room, so they were freezing all night! Hotels.com sells the hotel at a very high rate, and that is for their main property which only has 9 rooms....

"The property let you fall into instant relaxation. Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed in Patzcuaro and then drove to surrounding towns coming back each night for dinner and drinks. Great time. Highly recommend this hotel."
