The hotel is a very beautiful colonial building with lots of charm and wonderfully Mexican. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower. Staff was helpful and congenial. Location is great, right across the street from the Zocalo. I would/will stay there again...

I didn't like that they gave me a small room. I paid for breakfast and they only gave me fruit. I wouldn't stay there again, I love the view of the city from my room, but the customer service and the room are not worth it.

I liked the balcony view but at night you could hear everything from outside and inside the hotel. I couldn’t have the window open from the patio because the smell from the sewerage would make the room smell. The staff were very kind and attentive.

The property has an excellent location, right in the Centro Historico. You cannot beat it. The hotel itself is great, clean, comfortable, quiet. The only inconvenience is that the parking is about 3 blocks away and you do not have acess to it 24/7. They do have time restrictions. Otherwise, excellent location to stay at.
