"This was the best hotel in all of my Europe trip. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in the center of Gran Via which is the biggest tourist street in Madrid. It had a bunch of dining options around including a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself. The metro station was literally across the street and it’s super easy and convenient to use if you wanna move around the city. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and organized. They provided bathrooms and slippers for us. It was just very central very accessible and an overall great experience for me. I recommend this to anybody staying in Madrid. You won’t regret it."

"Booked on the recommendation of a friend and I wasn't disappointed. Location great - near metro stations, restaurants, cafes. Easy walk to major sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had wide variety of options. Had a great room (805) looking over Gran Via. First night was loud (arrived on a Saturday) but slept well subsequent nights. No complaints with housekeeping; loved the turn down service. 9th floor is the lounge/bar area and terrace. Wonderful place to unwind after a day of walking about. Will definitely stay here again. "

"This has to be my favourite hotel in Madrid. Not only are the staff amazing regardless of the department they work in but the location is excellent to discover the city on foot. Great shops, fabulous restaurants even though the in house restaurant is to die for!! Great food, excellent wines and great prices too! It really is a home from home and the beautiful cheery rooms with City view make your stay one to remember!!"

"Best hotel to stay in downtown. Centric to everything! I stayed for 6 days and I never took any bus or subway, everything’s steps away from the hotel. Breakfast yummy, staff friendly and accommodating. Clean, clean and clean I highly recommend this place. "
