"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...
