"I had not stayed in this area before. I normally just continue on to Terre Haute when visiting family. However since I had time, I decided to try to find the cemetery where my 3rd Gr-Grandparents are buried and this was the perfect spot to start from. My room was clean, bed firm and comfortable, TV very nice and a large selection of channels, WiFi available, several restaurants close. "Location was great, very close to lots of dining and easy access to all the major highways. The room was clean, but in poor repair. The toilet was unstable due to missing bolts. And I had to take the top off the tank to make it stop running every time I flushed. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations and dogs barking from other rooms. The staff was very nice, but my door key had to be reprogrammed multiple times. "

"The desk manager was great. He called when we hadn’t checked in by 10:00 to confirm we were still coming and provided food recommendations. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Stayed here on parents weekend and while rates were high for this property, they did not jack up the rates nearly as much as many others. An older family owned place, good choice for an economy motel only 3 miles from campus. "
