"The house was absolutely perfect for our size group. We had 4 separate couples (8 adults), 4 two year olds, and 3 infants 3M-10M old. The house provided us with the perfect amount of space to have our own bedrooms, bathrooms, and play space for the kids. In the evenings, once the kids went to bed, the adults were able to go down to the basement and play games without being worried about waking the kids up. "This house had enough space, that 12 of us did not feel crowded. The fishing pond, Fire pit and long front yard were added bonuses. "

"This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean.
