Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. "What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night. Good value for the money!"
