"Had an excellent stay. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. Although unit is located behind the owners house in a sub division, all the houses sit on a couple of acres so it feels like you are in a more remote area, especially with the mountains right behind. "We did like the pond that was close enough so the kids could throw bread of the balcony and feed them. We did not like the fact that the side parking lot was not lighted, light poles were there but were not functioning, the path to the room was lighted. We did not like that the sliding door in the room had no weather strip between the stationary side and the functioning side, the panes were large enough to be flexible enough so i could get my hand between them and there was no lock on the door...
