"A wonderful experience. My husband and I and our two friends were traveling through and I googled BnB in the area. Lucked out and found this place. The house had a lot of history and is quaint and comfortable. Our hostess Arlene is a treasure. Chock-full of intriguing stories and experiences to include first hand knowledge of the House as well as the neighborhood and nearby “must see” sites to visit during our short stay. "The hosts are excellent and tons of fun. The hotel is clean, easily accessible and very nice. Most rooms have hot tubs on the deck which is amazing. Can’t recommend this bed and breakfast enough. My office is one block from this awesome hotel and we live in town but love to come here for a staycation. Can’t recommend this place enough. "

"We were in town for a cheer competition. Our family loved this hotel! Loved the pool and the arcade room! The hotel was super clean and beautiful! The staff was super friendly too! Loved the covered parking garage. Thank you for a great stay!! We will definitely be back! "

Nice work trip to COS.

"Very comfortable stay, small lighting issue with initial room but front desk came immediately to help and moved me to another room. Location is great, walkable to lots of restaurants. As others have said the valet is a little pricey but I was able to park in public parking directly in front of the hotel both nights for free (free parking 8p-8a). I did have to pay a few dollars when I was their earlier in the evening. I could see my car from my room. No safety issues, building is locked and elevator requires a keycard. Pool and hot tub were nice after a VERY cold couple days in COS. Breakfast was good, lots of options, pretty standard food options. Would stay again. "
