"This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! "The location was phenomenal. It was really cute and cozy.Only issues, it is a little deceptive that you have laundry access. The occupants that live on the property and share washer and dryer left stuff in both the washer and dryer the entire time of our stay (five nights).That was really difficult with a family and my parents not to be able to wash.
