"Pictures do not even begin to show this beautiful property! Spacious, clean, safe, well built and maintained property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Host was easy to reach, in daily contact and immediately helped with a minor issue. 11/10"

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"The location was perfect for our long term stay for work. The place was clean and roomy for our needs. It is centrally located and super convenient with available parking. We had a few questions along the way and they were very quick to respond. We will be back for sure. Thank you!"

"There was some construction going on next door. For the unit we stayed in, pulling out of the garage and into the alley was dangerous. Unable to see if traffic was coming in both directions."

"The good points are as follows - a very clean property with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The street parking was right in front of the entrance. It is a very quiet neighborhood so anyone planning on entertaining a large group with loud music won’t be appreciated by the neighbors. Things that I would improve are the towels and install protective fencing around the open fireplace."

"The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It was an affordable studio. A toaster would have been nice to have since I just ate breakfast there and was out for the rest of the day. Property manager was very responsive. I thought it was weird that my studio patio was walled off from the pool by a 6 foot fence that you could not see over, and had to make arrangements to use the pool. I was a little uncomfortable with the neighborhood which was mainly a Hasidic community which I was not expecting....
