"A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The only thing that was not correct is that air conditioning was not functioning!! They said they hadn’t turned it on for the season yet which not acceptable for such a beautiful hotel."

"The hotel was great but the room service keeping tea coffee and milk was a problem. We asked the front desk and the message was not acted upon. We caught the staff on our floor and they supplied extra but on a daily basis replacements were not delivered. Yes there was a language problem as we dont speak italian but something as basic as replacement of tea and coffee should be straight forward. The staff themselves were friendly and helpful but unfortunately this did not transfer to action. "

"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. "

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is next to the train station. 15 minute walk to the port and 20 minutes car ride to the airport. Walking distance to everthing. I would diffinently go back to this hotel if I were to go bake to Genoa."

"Very helpful front desk, and greeted me with a small bottle of Prosecco. Upgraded my room and ordered me a taxi when I left very Good service Also a beautiful breakfast buffet with a good selection of items and handmade espresso, or cappuccino!"
