"Beautiful property and neighborhood. Kate is incredibly responsive and did her best to address all concerns. The check in process was very smooth, however we arrived as the gutters were being cleaned and there was debris all over. Wade, the local property manager came by to put the boat in and asked the gutter crew to clean up their mess. "The house is beautiful & was comfortable for 4 adults & 6 kids without feeling cramped. We played for hours in the water & caught tons of catfish without any worries of boat or jet ski traffic. It was easy to get in & out of the water & a short easy walk to & from the house. This lake house is the perfect vacation spot if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to swim & fish!!"

"Wonderful weekend away. This property has something for everyone. We put our boat in at the marina directly across from us. The kids enjoyed the weekend of fishing, swimming, playing ping pong and using the sauna and hot tub. Plenty of room and veryone had a place to be. "

"This property was a great location and home for our short stay in Covington, GA. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect getaway for our fall break visit to "Mystic Falls". The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the coffee/hot chocolate bar. "The house is located in beautiful and quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The spacious house was well appointed with everything you and your family would need. No need to go anywhere else. This is the best house on Lake Oconee! Jami was a wonderful host and very responsive to any question we had. Cannot wait to plan our next visit."
