"Beautiful home. Gorgeous view of the lake. Excellent location, very close to High Falls State Park. There were some communication and maintenance issues though. We didn’t get an email with check in instructions which is typical for house rentals, so we had to call Expedia and vrbo to get ahold of the rental agency. The house itself had a lot of minor issues. The dock in the pictures has a lot of rotting wood and isn’t safe to go out onto. It’s a beautiful house. I hope they’ll correct the...

"We enjoyed our stay on Lake Sinclair. The house has views of the lake from most rooms and the porch. There is a nice fire pit area where the kids roasted marshmallows. The dock is great…we rented a pontoon boat, paddled in the kayaks and swam right off the dock. There is not a ton of boat traffic in this area so it’s easy to enjoy the water. We saw lots of fishermen but didn’t fish ourselves. Fabulous waterfront weekend getaway. "

"This was a great home with a great location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The home is in a quiet location and is one of the best stocked homes that we have stayed in. The host was incredibly fast and friendly in his response to any questions I had. Overall, it was fantastic and we are already planning to stay here again!"

"We have a cottage on the 9th Fairway, my husband, brings down, 8-12 guys for a yearly guys trip. This was #22. We always need 2-3 houses. We always look for ones that are close to ours and with 4 bedrooms. This one works GREAT! "

"We booked the cozy cottage for Friday thur Sunday for an event that we had in town for the weekend.we all loved coming home to all the outdoor spaces , sunsets and full moons.We will defiantly be back. "

"The house is so cozy & inviting. The neighbors were nice, friendly people. The deck is such an awesome place to just sit & watch the lake. The house is equipped with basically everything! The only suggestion would be to have the house deep cleaned several times a year. The host was very helpful & easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!"

"House needs some help. Dishes are dirty and left in the dish washer from previous guests. The dishes available are random and unorganized. The pullout mattress is filthy, flat and covered in stains. I did not check other mattresses due to being scared what I would see. The mattresses did seem to be very old though. Furniture is very outdated and impossible to clean. Shower in the basement leaks. Paint is falling off and chipped. There is a wasp infestation living in the ceiling fan on the back...
