"This was a great home with a great location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The home is in a quiet location and is one of the best stocked homes that we have stayed in. The host was incredibly fast and friendly in his response to any questions I had. Overall, it was fantastic and we are already planning to stay here again!"

"We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Sparta. Greg and Brandon were wonderful and very responsive. The WiFi went out on us the first day. It was a county wide issue and completely out of their control but they kept us updated. We had some issues with the hot water and Brandon handled it immediately! They actually had a plumber come out the night before Thanksgiving to install a new water heater! That was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend them to be your host at this...

"Absolutely beautiful view. Very quiet and clean. Comfortable beds and living area, equipped kitchen. We used the Great Waters access pass to drive through the Reynolds area as well (never been) to get an idea of the entire Reynolds area around the Lake. The cottage area was much quieter than the other areas."

"We really enjoyed our long weekend at the lake! This home has everything you need for a family trip. The view of the lake is amazing. Don't let the front elevation fool you, this home is much larger inside than it appears. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in a quiet town, this was just what we ordered!"

"House needs some help. Dishes are dirty and left in the dish washer from previous guests. The dishes available are random and unorganized. The pullout mattress is filthy, flat and covered in stains. I did not check other mattresses due to being scared what I would see. The mattresses did seem to be very old though. Furniture is very outdated and impossible to clean. Shower in the basement leaks. Paint is falling off and chipped. There is a wasp infestation living in the ceiling fan on the back...
