"This is an amazing house and property right on the lake. We stayed in the winter so while it was cold and rainy out, we were warm and cozy inside. The house has plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy."

"We had a great time here and it is in a great location for driving into Hoodsport. The house comes with comfortable beds, rooms, and a ton of things for kiddos and adults to do along with great views and access of the Hood Canal. The only hard part about the location is that it’s right on Hwy 101 and it does not feel particularly safe to walk on the road to get to town.Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice layout indoors, kitchen well-stocked with wares and even some seasonings etc. Excellent communication with gracious host. We stayed a week with some significant atmospheric river storms with much rain and wind, and the area lost power twice, but it was restored quite quickly (kudos to Grays Harbor utility) and the host kept us informed. "We love this house. Five great friends meet at this house each year to catch up, laugh, eat good food, and rejuvenate! Five bedrooms allowed us to each have our own space. The beds are comfortable and lots of couches for lounging around watching the waves, and a couple deer and eagles frolicking. The kitchen is stocked with spices, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and counter space! We were treated to a storm at the beach with hail, rain, and two rainbows. Can't wait til next year!"

"Property had adequate space for 4 people. Nice beds, linens. Good supplies and amount of dishes in kitchen. Just needs a wine bottle opener. "

"We stayed for 3 nights. As shared by others the view was beautiful, beds were comfy and house was spacious. My recommendations are to add some inexpensive wine glasses. It’s a drag drinking wine from cups or water glasses, provide some all purpose cleaner for wiping down the white counters and surfaces. water and paper towel doesn’t quite cut it.Add to your description that the fireplace is non-functional. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay and recommend."
