"The hotel room did not have a working heater so they had a space heater instead as the manager on duty could not get it to work either. The shower had great water pressure but ran out of hot water quick. The amenities were good, even providing tooth brushes which I don't think I have ever seen in a hotel. The main things were comfy bed with linens that smelled clean and were soft. Towels that were comfy, soft and smelled clean as well, which are some of the most important things when staying...

The blanket on the bed was very thin and I froze. Third was the fact that I couldn't find the phone number to the front office to report any of these conditions.
