"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "

"We enjoyed a wonderful vacation staying at this lovely property. Clean, spacious and quiet with everything we needed. The hosts took great care of us, very welcoming and communicative. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening after hiking, rafting, riding, etc. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it. "
