"We stayed only 1 night at the hotel as part of a Tuscany tour. The hotel has a lot of different accomm options . Our classic room was very roomy with its own loft bedroom. The dining was excellent especially the steak option. Staff very friendly and as we ended up with a car flat tyre the staff went out of their way to help change the tyre and then assist with locating a suitable tyre garage to allow us to get this fixed. "

"This was an interesting stay based on the age of the property. Roberto was very helpful. He made reservations for us, checked train schedules etc. If you require wifi this may not be a good choice for you as it was not readily available. Otherwise this historical property was good. It was not easy to find so be prepared to call for good directions."
