"Fairy tale setting in Tuscany in a refurbished monastery. Very friendly staff. Easy to drive to nearby towns but definitely need a rental car. Wife got a massage and said it was the best one she ever had. Overall fantastic experience and would do it again. "

Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. We also did the cooking class on property which was awesome and the hotel also set up a wine tour for us and it was great to be shown small family wineries. "Our stay at Hotel Le Fontanelle was the highlight of our two week trip to Italy! The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed strolling around the grounds. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had wonderful meals at the hotel restaurant and the restaurants at the Club House. The shuttle service between the hotel, the club house, and the winery was very convenient. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone- we’ll be dreaming about our stay here for a while! "
