"Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. "I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."

"First what I liked. The room was spacious (in fact two bedrooms) with a balcony overlooking the ocean that wraps around the unit. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice too, and free parking was available. Second what I did not like. No toiletries, no blankets, just thin sheets, towels were not great, and the safe did not work (likely for years). Bread was ok, service was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
