"Bus station was not as loud as I would’ve thought. Breakfast was nice but I wish they would just put out hard boiled eggs instead of making us make them and then have someone “accidentally” steal my egg. Also wish they had plain oatmeal that was lactose free. The terrace on our room was so relaxing and worth it for the slight increase in price (which included breakfast). On a map, the hotel looks kind of far from the water but it’s a quick 10 min walk. "

"Our favorite thing was proximity to the train and bus (literally right across 2-3 min walk) and yet the apartment was comfortable and quiet. We didn’t hear the train or traffic from the room!! I appreciated that rooms were free of smoke odors given lots of people smoke in public places in the city. I loved how close this hotel is to eating spots, Migros grocery store for breakfast and snacks. It is in the Geneva downtown area. Only con- I wished for cooler air conditioning but it seems having none is common in Switzerland. The room was a bit small but very clean. Suited our needs for exploring the city and just coming back to rest at night. Staff was friendly. 10/10 would visit again!! "

"Amazing time in Annecy. Resort location is perfect and hotel service is first class. Had an amazing time with my family. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. We went as part of a family event. There were maybe 30 of us. Was a great experience all round "

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Pelican. A short walk from the old town, it was a modern take minutes from the lake. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely lake view. The staff was incredibly attentive. The hotel breakfast was a 10/10, would highly recommend. If staying in Annecy and want to avoid the Old Town buzz, Le Pelican is your place to go! "
