"The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. Very quick to get into Annecy and 25 mins to La Clusaz and Le Grand Bormand. Will definitely keep this Adress for summer too. Thanks Carlos"

Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très accueillants je recommande cette location pour des vacances au calme dans un petit appartement propre et bien agencé."

"the house is superb, very neat and tidy and well equipped. Upon arrival the janitor could not tell by phone which house it was, only when video calling he could tell us. He should be present to welcome us. The outer gate was closed and we could not get in at first, so that was very poor. The pool was nice but too cold and by the end of the week it became dirty because the pump only worked for 10 hours per day"

"Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day. The surrounding area is spectacular as you would expect, great...
