They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. We even had dinner there one evening and the food is wonderful. The best part is that the trolley/train stop is right in front of the hotel and is a 12 minute ride to the center of Florence. "
