"This elegant and charming hotel is slap bang in the center of Florence. Two minute walk to the Uffizi, one minute fro the statue of Neptune in Relaise Piazza Signora where we sat and watched the world go by. The Duomo was five minutes away. The antiques in the hotel were stunning. The restaurant was very reasonable for a 5 star establishment and the food was first class as was the service. The management went out of their way to help us celebrate a special anniversary ( I won’t say what number but it was substantial!!) The room was spotless and the maid service was very efficient and discrete. It was charming to see the concierge and front of house in proper attire complete with tie AND tailcoat. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was fantastic. "

"We meet here for three days with a group of friends. Two of us had cars so the hotel parking was convenient. Cost was €25 per night to park. The hotel was a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The staff were excellent. They provided great restaurant recommendations, made great coffee in the morning and cocktails at the other end of the day. 10/10"
