"Great location very spacious "

"Lovely hotel. Nice rooms - but a bit dark. The restaurant was very good and well priced. All of the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. However without a car this hotel is quite isolated. The town nearby has very limited options for dining and shops."

"This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. "Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."

"Beautiful castle that would be so much more enjoyable with just a few changes. Windows need to be able to attach to shutters so will stay open and not blow closed with wind. Basic items such as toilet paper, seasonings for cooking, more comfortable twin mattress, ability to order basic meals at restaurant if wanted. "

"Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond! Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire."
