"We stayed at this location when we were in town for the Cyndi Lauper concert. We wanted to be close to the climate pledge Arena. It is a 25 min walk from this place. It is also close to Whole Foods, which is great for groceries. There’s lots of restaurants close by too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. We used everything indoor, even though the outdoor ones were beautiful. It was just a cold day. Would really recommend!"

"Our stay here was amazing. The place itself is very welcoming and homey, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating and bedding, along with vibrant decor. Cole was an amazing host! He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). Above all, he was incredibly attentive and generous!...

"Such a beautiful, well located home filled with character. My family stayed here for New Year’s and being within walking distance of the entire downtown was amazing. Each morning we walked somewhere new to get coffee and then headed down to the beach. It was heaven. There was a slight glitch in the listing, but it turns out that it was VRBO‘s fault and it has since been corrected.. The host was fantastic at managing this and helping us work through the glitch. I 10 out of 10 would stay here...

"To start the owner gave me the wrong keypad code and I kept calling and texting him for almost an hour and no response til I called the actual company for them to get a hold of him to finally realize he gave me the wrong code. Also I understand it’s your property you renting but to have your own shoes out and about around the house just felt a little weird to see."

"Excellent bed and rooms, including kitchen and family room. Great large shower. Even an exercise bike if you are inclined. Only possible negative is the location when walking, if you need to get to the other side of Aurora, it is a pain to walk to a pedestrian overpass or underpass. Highly recommended."
