"The bed was AMAZING!! So comfortable and I slept so well. The room was spacious and from the balcony we had a great view of the Space Needle. The staff were fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Located easy walking distance to Seattle Center with all its attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only downfall we had was the last night we had a loud talker in the next room and she was up most of the night, and so were we. I am thinking the walls are a bit thin but that was 1 night out of three and would not change my mind about returning to this hotel."

"Exactly what I expected. Customer service was slow and a bit bland but I only had two brief interactions with front desk staff. The hotel was clean and the room was functional. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the pull out bed my kids slept on was tragic. The location is right on Lake Union and the room was quiet. The self parking fee was over $50 with tax which rivals LA/ NY prices. The hotels amenities were nice and the breakfast staff was impressive. All in all an 8 out of 10 visit. "

"This property was conveniently located for the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and Pop Culture Museum. It is close to the Monorail as well. The hotel was very quiet and felt like it was in a safe location."
