"The stay was nice. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean. The cleaning staff were amazing, and personable. Location for my work was great and restaurants across the street were convenient and nice . The hotel is a bit dated though I would stay again due to the outstanding staff and service. "

"I truly enjoyed the costumer service. Very welcoming and informative. We did not enjoy the pool area so much. Kids should not be allowed to play in the jacuzzi area. It was a mess and the water looked very dirty. Someone on the fourth floor was throwing full bottles of water at the pool from above almost injuring our kids and other people and children. We told security but nothing was done about it so we had to leave the pool area and our children were very disappointed. Also, I don’t agree with paying for parking. That’s unacceptable seeing that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never experienced this. No breakfast vouchers or anything accommodating for this unnecessary charge. Anything would have been nice to accommodate us for these issues. Hopefully if we ever book this hotel again we will have a better experience."

"The room are huge! Love having my own access to the outside. The breakfast, pool and 1 workout rooms definitely got used! I will stay here again! Thank you! Great staff!"

"Stayed over to catch our connecting flight to Tampa, after missing the original flight because of maintenance issues and a 13 and a half hour flight from Seoul. This was so convenient, bell person showed up at our door an hour and a half before our flight and checked all our luggage in for us. It was truly a great experience."

"Very nice stay. Very clean and had a fresh smell. Easy check in after a night of scrambling looking for a different hotel. We crossed our fingers while finding this one because the hotel we originally booked reeked of cigarettes and was very unclean despite reviews and pictures claiming otherwise but had no issues with this hotel. Would highly recommend. "
