"The owner of the hotel, Roxanne, is informative, friendly and out-going. She is a wealth of knowledge on the local community and offered great suggestions. Unbelievably she even asked if we had any discount cards or belonged to any groups looking to save us some money even after we agreed to pay the Hotels.com fee. She ended up saving us $20 -- unheard of in today's world. Kudos to Roxanne for truly out-standing customer service! We will go out of our way to stay at Walker River Lodge next time through the area."

" We had a wonderful stay at the June Lake Villager! Darla texted me the morning of check-in to let me know our room would be ready early, which was such a nice touch. When we arrived, she greeted us warmly, gave us helpful information about the property and the area, and made us feel right at home. Our room was basic but very clean — exactly what we needed. Since it snowed during our visit, we really appreciated the great working heater in the room and the portable heater for the bathroom. It made all the difference! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
