Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Why go to Mammoth when you can enjoy June Lake. This property is awesome. Great value of course. There’s lots of thought about each unit. Thoughfulness with all of the most important imenities. Cooking wear, heating, serving tray, Myers soap products to keep you safe and clean! Direct access to June Lake. Clean! ! Parking great.

Nice little room near the lake. A short walk up the hill to all the shops. Lots of good fishing tips from Ernie’s. Our only complaint was the shower head was not adjustable. So it would only point in one direction.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake cabins. The cabin we stayed in was super clean and comfortable. The big fan in the living room was super dusty but it was ok because we didn’t need to use it. The cabins are so close to the marina and the village. Everything was walkable. Great location!

Had a great stay here with our dog. They had really nice toiletries (meyers brand). We made daily use of the kitchen that had everything u could need to cook n clean. They had spices/seasoning, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee machine(sweetener,filters, etc.) Felt like a small cozy home and it made it so easy that we didn’t have to bring all the things.

Nice little cabins right next to the June Lake Marina. Ideal location if you're on a fishing trip, especially if you're launching your own boat or renting one. Local dining, groceries, tackle shop, bars are all within a short walk (literally 2 mins). The owners/managers provided great communication throughout. Cabins had everything we needed. There is a social area in the middle of the property with plenty of lighting, seating and fire rings for evening get-togethers. They're currently upgrading the social area and it's looking really good. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for our overnight stay. Nice and cozy. Looks like they are fixing the outdoor recreation area, so I am sure it is going to turn out beautiful. Was only 2 mins from our friends, that were at the campsite. Served us exactly for what we needed it for. Would definitely return for a much longer stay.
