Both couches pull out into queen size beds, there is one bed in the loft (watch your head going up!), and two bedrooms on the first floor. We definitely maxed out the place, but it was still cozy and comfortable enough. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher that still needed a little cleaning, but overall the entire house was nice and clean. "We really enjoyed our stay here. It's close to June Lake and June Mtn, very spacious and clean. There was fresh snow so the kids enjoyed sledding right outside the condo. One thing to note is the internet was not very reliable and watching tv didn't always work. The one operational hot tub stopped working while we were there and we could not get it turned back on.
