It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness. "Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."
