"We loved our stay at this apartment! Everything about the apartment is exceptional! The location is perfect and close to everything, there's a 24/7 supermarket right across which is so convenient especially during the Christmas period. Even though we checked in late, the host was really good at communicating and they even took care of our luggage after check out, so we can still have a walkaround the city. "Great value for money; got a nice big apartment. I was staying just one night before an early flight, but I didn't get much sleep because of noise coming from the street. The sound-proofing on the windows wasn't great. "

"This is simply an outstanding hotel. Beautifully maintained. Excellent rooms and great staff. Only negative comment is the bed comfort was not great - I had to use the spare duvet to provide a more comfortable experience to sleep on. "

"Wonderful stay in a great area! If you bring a car, you park in the garage right before the hotel entrance (it’s a one lane garage entrance that is used for both In & Out. You push the button to talk to the hotel & let you in to open the garage and then head to elevator to go up to ground level check in and let them know you have parked there. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of stores and restaurants (walking distance) and a 24hr mini market very close. The castle Santa Barbara is walking distance and a must see! You take an elevator to the top of the castle and once you get to the top you have amazing views and lots to see. There is also a small coffee/drink kiosk at the top but there is uneven terrain and it is a lot of uphill and in my opinion can be challenging with a stroller or if you have a hard time walking, but you can see a lot just from where the elevator takes you. All these wonderful things near the hotel are a bonus to a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and the hotel also has 2 washers and 1 dryer for guest use for 1€ to wash and about the same to dry. You must bring your own laundry soap. Don’t think twice! Book this place!"
