You push the button to talk to the hotel & let you in to open the garage and then head to elevator to go up to ground level check in and let them know you have parked there. "Very nice hotel, luxurious, new, great looking modern place and great breakfast. Pool areas looked great but it was too cold to test unfortunately. Rooftop bar looked really nice too. Room seemed to be on a childs sprint track even after 9pm. Avoid these ground floor rooms if you can, between the old and new buildings. 018"

"The room ac was not working and they only fixed it a day before we were to leave. Compared to other hotels the cleaning was not the best. The breakfast buffet was really good and literally a minute away from the beach. Hotel staff were excellent "

"Great find and excellent value - great location for old town and strip. Hotel if definitely orientated towards Spanish holiday makers but that didn’t bother me as did not use bar and went room only. Staff were all pleasant and room was large, great bed and lovely pool view balcony - couldn’t really find fault with my stay . Would recommend and I’d stay again!!"

"It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see."

"This is simply an outstanding hotel. Beautifully maintained. Excellent rooms and great staff. Only negative comment is the bed comfort was not great - I had to use the spare duvet to provide a more comfortable experience to sleep on. "

"Cool apartment hotel I liked it! I have long wanted to find something in the center of Alicante and something new not old. I spent the night here twice, once for work, the second time with my family! I liked everything. Clean, cozy, modern, everything smelled like spruce on New Year's Eve, there is a recreation area in the lobby where you can sit, drink coffee and meet your neighbors.
