"Except location walking distance to every where the only thing was there was no windows in the apartment we felt like we were in a cave also it is noisy with a club nearby but apart from that I couldn’t fault it"

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. "The overall experience with the property and owner was excellent. The building is secure, on a quiet street and has elevator access to the apartment. We were met on site at the agreed time with the owner's representative. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the apartment and the surrounding area.
