"Clean property with everything we meeded"

"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "This house is beautiful and huge but could use upgrading. We had a lot of issues upon arrival, but the property manager worked diligently to get things corrected. There was a housekeeper, but the rooms were cleaned once, not sure what the cleaning schedule was. and maintenance or security (not sure what his title was), was present a few days out of the week. We had to visit the grocery store every 2 days b/c the refrigerator would not hold all the groceries. I recommend getting a commercial...

"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We woke up every morning to parrots in the tree. It is close to a ton of fun activities. We loved the beach club and they treated me like a queen for my birthday. The property is very clean and the grounds are beautiful."

"Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!"
