"Had a brilliant stay here. Girls in reception are so helpful and want to do as much as they can for you. Though I think one was a bit shocked that on our 25th wedding anniversary we had booked the Honeymoon Suite!! Great room with a spa right in the room! Bathroom was HUGE!! Brilliant and comfy bed. We had a room upstairs so be aware of you have heavy luggage. There was an on-site beautician available to book. Convenient location. Easy to find. Would recommend and happily stay here again. "

"A nice place to stay. The front desk did everything they could when they realised they hadn't given me a room with two beds. We got given milk free of charge and the internet was fast and the bathroom heater warmed up every room. Opposite Kaiaru park as well where you can see free thermal pools. "
