Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

They were not to large, or heavy. In the states I think most are annoyingly large, definitely creating a kink in the neck. So I appreciated this maybe more than some would. "The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "

Location convenient 7eleven and about 15 min walk to many other food options. I'm a more quiet part of town. Initially went to another Ueno Monday closer to the food so be aware. They have great toiletry, beds were spacious & clean! Bunk bed for my daughter a bit low ceiling. Great stay overall! "

Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience. "
