"The room was very large, top notch. High ceiling. Coffee machine was Nespresso, excellent. Huge bed. Many comfy pillows, important for us as we arrived transatlantic and had to catch up on sleep. Bathroom was large and superb. Shower had rain head and hose spritzer - great. Shower large enough for two ;) Separate lighted mirror for makeup/shaving. Large TV, with multiple language stations. Strange but comfy lounge chair. Location next to main train station ideal for an early getaway. Yummy...

"Booked a junior suite that indicated it slept 3. Upon inspection of the room, it was clear that there was a mistake. There was only one bed and for a junior suite, it was quite small. We contacted reception and a roll bed was set up in the corner of the room. This was okay for our needs but seems to me that if a room can be booked for three people, a single bed/bedroom is inadequate and for the price, it was a bit disappointing to say the least."

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
