"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Great room with a view, I upgraded by paying extra. The hotel is beautiful, just across from the Berlin Main Station, very convenient. Great sauna and spa, Beautiful bar. Only problem is the lack of a restaurant for dinner."

"The Titanic was an excellent hotel for a city break with my family of 4. We had two rooms and stayed for 4 nights between Xmas/NY. The hotel is on a quietish road, a quick walk from anything you need. Some great restaurants are between 5 and 15 minutes walk away. You are close to multiple train stations, and the hop-hop bus (if you want it) is just around the corner. 2 of our party were gluten-free and the hotel catered for this really well at breakfast. "This is the second time we have stayed at the Westin Grand, and it did not disappoint. Its convenient location to so many of Berlin’s major attractions, makes it a perfect hotel. The history of the hotel, added another dimension to our stay in Berlin. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful, including reception, housekeeping and hospitality. The rooms were large, bright and well appointed. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at the Weston Grande. Highly recommend. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The staff accommodated us so well. We were informed the sauna was out of use during our stay, and I had booked the hotel knowing there was a sauna. They immediately compensated us with early check in. The heating was faulty on our arrival, very cold, but, were trying to fix it immediately, and again compensated us with complimentary breakfasts ! Which were incredible I must add. The selection, attentiveness from staff was beyond anything I’ve experienced....
