"About 3 mins walk to Europa centre, about 12 mins walk to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants. Staff are prompt and professional. Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. "

"A horror for none smokers. Couldn't access bar because of bad smoking odours, which also were present in all levels of the hotel. Bedrooms included. Double bed was to small in size, couldn't sleep at all. Ask for room with two single beds, couldn't have. Housekeeping entered room in the early morning whithout knocking? Also had displayed the do not disturb sign? Still tried to enter. Had not been informed by staff at check in that breakfast was included? Extremely poor value for money. Never...
