Hotel with a Concierge in Germany from SAR 297

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Amazing hotel in a great location. Beautiful clean, comfortable room, really helpful staff. Lovely bar for a nice cocktail. Fantastic breakfast with great selection. Quietest room I’ve ever stayed in. "

"Lovely hotel. Location, comfort, quality all as expected. Reception desk is awful however — huge queues, some staff actually rude, several clearly not trained in basic procedures. What’s gone wrong?"

"Fab hotel in a well connected area just off the KuDam for shopping. Great restaurants pizza- Sale und Pepe Burgers - original Burger. One tiny fault all weekend the shower in the hotel just wasn’t quite warm enough - I guess they had the temp turned down for environmental reasons but just too much."

"It would be nice for customers to know that they are to pay a €50 per night charge that is not included in the information after booking. Also the pool, spa, and gym. Were all closed. Resulting in a less than expectation stay. Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean. Just be cautious that you wont get what you expect. Also has one of those scammy minibar arrangements. "

"The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened. It would get worse later in the evening as they would cycle more and more lights off in the hallway. Also no conditioner or lotion products left in the room and no washcloths, so just be...
