"The house and host were perfect. Game room downstairs if you have kiddos and plenty of tvs. Nice backyard with a fire pit. Host checked in only once and was very friendly. Probably will rebook next year for new years. "

"This house was perfect for us! We were attending an event at the convention center and this house was only a short drive away. It's also down the street from a Minsky's pizza, which we love! Jim is a great host. We would definitely rent from him again!"

"Very nice neighborhood and house. Was a perfect place to stay while visiting family nearby for an early holiday. Pet friendly/great yard - which was important to us with our senior dogs that we prefer not to board. Property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Will hopefully stay here again! "

"We traveled from Texas for a Chiefs game. The VRBO was 8 minutes from the stadium and close to all other attractions. The neighbor is very quiet. The house is clean and well stocked with all essentials. The host is very responsive courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when in K.C."

"House had everything we needed. Was nice to be able to bring our dogs along for the trip. "

Exterior of home built in 1900. Guests have a private entrance to the unit.

"Space was charming. Needed a space to lay our heads while visiting relatives nearby.The host was attentive without be intrusive. The space had all the necessity items. If you forgot something it probably would be there. Area was clean and well kept. The only fault might be long set of narrow steps to the location but nothing not in the description and there was a sitting area on one landing in case you needed a break heading up. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe enough for a 2 mile walk...

"The driveway is on a slight hill. Im glad the townhouse wasnt located on a steep hill. The house was clean. The owner was hospitable. U have to wait for the owner to communicate. Anyway, I felt comfortable."

"Roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We had four families and really enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots, pans, and appliances. "

"Our stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was outstanding and everything was even more beautifully decorated than the pictures! So peaceful and absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to come back to stay and spend time with our soldier stationed nearby! Can’t say enough good things! "

"It worked well for us. Perfect sleeping arrangement for our group. Lots of short flights of stairs. Nice furniture, but the house was dated. Still had what appeared to be used towels hanging around. Would suggest that hand towel holders be installed in bathrooms. Price was not to bad, but the fees seemed high.We had no communication with owner. Nothing against the owner, but I don't like having to set up log in and not having a phone number to call."
