"Great house to stay in while visiting South Bend. Beds/linens extremely clean, house overall is very clean and comfortably fits a large family/group of friends. Convenient to all stores and to Notre Dame campus -a short walk or a quick car ride. We highly recommend this property and would consider renting again on our next visit."

"Overall-great location, house, view, things to do, and space! Would add some window coverings, edit the house guide as the password is not correct and the locking up directions are confusing. The deck is great, the dock needs updating. We had a chirping smoke alarm and they fixed it quickly. Thanks for a fun stay!"

"My family of 9 stayed here for a Notre Dame Football weekend. We couldn’t have asked for more. Cleanliness is our top priority and this place did not disappoint. Communication with the owner was on point and all the extra amenities were certainly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again."

"We traveled from San Francisco to move our daughter into Notre Dame. I stayed a week to help organize and outfit my daughter’s new apartment near campus. This property was the perfect home base! "We had a nice stay with a beautiful park across the street. The house was very clean and comfortable beds. The middle bedroom needs a dresser or chest of drawers as there was nowhere to put clothes. There is a closet but many things don’t hang and nowhere to keep an open suitcase. We had an unexpected man arrive to blow leaves or something. We were at the park and saw him walk around to the back of the house, so that was a concern. He was very nice and explained that he did maintenance outside...
